A renovation gives you the opportunity to completely rethink an existing property. We undertake everything from individual areas to extensive whole-home renovations, modernising interiors, improving layouts and bringing every part of the property together with a consistent, high-quality finish.

Once the structure is complete, we can continue through the internal works, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, decorating and finishing details, creating a seamless transition from building site to finished home.

What type of projects do you undertake?

We undertake a wide range of residential building work including loft conversions, home extensions, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, decorating and smaller building projects. Our multi-skilled team allows us to manage many projects from the initial construction work through to the finishing details.

Can you manage my entire project?

Yes. One of the main advantages of working with Above & Beyond is our ability to coordinate multiple elements of a project through one experienced team. We’ll discuss the scope with you at the outset and establish exactly what we can manage as part of your build.

What areas do you cover?

How do you keep clients updated during the work?

Communication is one of the foundations of our business. We believe clients should understand what is happening in their home, so we maintain regular communication throughout the project and are available to answer questions as the work progresses.
